"WILLIE, WHERE WERE YOU?"

BROTHERS AND SISTERS, I have re-addressed the issue on the dues in this new letter to bring another issue to bear, I attended the union meeting of January 9th and was properly addressed as a disruptive influence!

Brother WILLIE also addressed my letter, 'the union dues on profit sharing letter' that has been passed around. Willie went on for what seemed like hours droning and searching for something to convince you what he says is true. SORRY, WILLIE! you missed on one thing. In your speech which was lengthy concerning this flyer. You neglected greatly to tell the members what a lie this was and how much of a liar I am. I was waiting for your denial of the facts. Gaveling me and keeping my address from YOUR caucus is different from keeping my keyboard silent from the membership. You addressed the politicians in Washington and how much they need our money, and how much those who have double pensions and COLA need our money, what about your dues paying members here. Don't we get representation? I don’t think you, nor they, need the money!

I HAVE NEEDED REPRESENTATION FOR 4 YEARS. Where were you when Dave lied and I got a week off, he was my committeeman, where were you when Eddie told a manager that "if you want him you got him" and I got sent home three times while Boyko got me paid. Where were you when my dealer panel rep told the company "employee has no legitimate complaint" while my Lincoln ($30,000) was going down the road sideways? Where were you when labor relations in plant one called me in and gave me one hour off for calling about service on my car, I called from home, about my car! Yes I got the grievance settled for .8! Where were you when Labor relations in plant one made me go see a shrink and get mental evaluation? Or was this the unions doing, part of the set Palmer up and fire him scheme, This is outrageous!

Aren't the members who are loyal to FORD products allowed to seek remedy from Detroit? I guess not if YOU let me get wrote up for it! Where were you while your dealer panel reps were voiding my warranty with the company and blacklisting me on the Ford MORS III computer system, where were you when the foremen in plant one were threatening my life and setting me up to fire me for the lamest of reason. Where are you NOW while they still seek to fire me? For doing my job! Your only concern is the politicians in Washington, Well you are right there, We need them, BUT to what expense? Do we sell our souls to you, do we give you the bread off our tables, The constitution of the UAW provides the UAW remedy to raise dues, WILLIE if you want more money do it legally, DON'T STEAL! Raise the dues. But before you do better stop your double dipping retirements and your COLA on those also. The politicians, I refer you to NAFTA AND GATT treaties that virtually will wipe out the heavy manufacturing workers. ARE THEY LISTENING? Yet you want me to support those who will not support brothers, sisters and myself? You have failed this membership to the worst extent I, in 27 years have ever seen. Gaveling a brother to keep him from offering assistance to the Bldg. Chairman, gaveling me to keep both of my ARTICLE 33-complaints silent. Little "O" said I should have brought point of "special" order. NO "O" this is not true, I proceeded correctly and was shut down rudely, Willie, remember you and the bargaining committee, hold office at the member's discretion, YOU WORK FOR US! We do not serve you! What of the members?

The DELL computer DEAL may be a RAW one, I believe we as members can get better computers and not buy Dell's obsolete junk for the price, This I wanted to offer the CCP BLDG. CHAIRMEN This I got gaveled for! I did not want a "porkchop" job! I am A+ certified! I (WRENCHMAN) have always come out the blue-collar worker!

I demand the union restore me to my proper place with proper monies. I demand the union take proper action against the company for "soliciting" reprimands from my bosses! I demand the union and the company deal with each brother and sister here as a customer and an owner, as we certainly are. If it weren't for those of us on the floor, there would be no lights in the plant or in the local. I also call for a constitutional amendment, that calls for union officials to NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING TO THEMSELVES UNLESS THE MEMBER SHIP HAS IT FIRST, NO dual retirement, NO COLA on retirement. No 100,00 plus dollars wages. MEMBERS FIRST!

CERTAINLY NO DUES FROM PROFIT SHARING CHECKS, just so those in union can have profit sharing checks, HOW CAN THE UNION HAVE A PROFIT SHARING CHECK ON A "NON-PROFIT" ORGANIZATION?

A lame customer service rep from FORD said to me,"what do you want Mr. Palmer special treatment cause you’re an employee?" This was laughable, I said to her (sandy) "That no, I wanted special treatment cause I was a customer!" Brothers and sisters isn't that right? I have sued FORD about 6 times and won everytime. Why?
